It's August!

Can you believe it? The summer is just flying by. I had a PD for school today and I have to say, it kinda stressed me out. Not the actual PD, but it got me thinking about how much stuff I need to do to get ready for the year.

I've been keeping a Google doc of To-Dos for this upcoming school year so at least all the thoughts are organized and not floating around in my brain! BTW, I use Google docs for pretty much everything.

I just need another two or three months of summer vacation & I think I can get everything done...

I came across a great kindergarten website and that's led to finding more & more awesome teaching sites. Here's just a few:

    I know; how is it AUGUST!?! We haven't had PD but I too feel that pressure of getting things ready. We'll pull it off and be prepared as we always are but it feels impossible when all you want to do is lay around the house and veg all day for a few more weeks!

    Puke.... I am dreading going back already! My room is a mess since I wasn't there at the end of the year and I haven't even thought about going in yet..... but I so need too.

    I know, I get overwhelmed when I think of all I need to do in my room. Our first day back is the 24th & I found out we have to have our rooms ready for orientation THAT day! Ahhhh!
