Good news for me...

I just submitted my final for my last class of my Masters program! I'm done! I think it hasn't sunk in yet. I am looking forward to a summer sans homework! I'm also looking forward to coming home from work and NOT having homework. That will be pretty amazing too. I feel like now I will have a lot more time freed up to actually try out all the good ideas I learned in my classroom.

On another note,  Gil and I are going to try our hand at growing vegetables this summer. I'm pretty excited about it. I have wanted a garden in the past, but our yard is so shaded that it wouldn't have been successful. We cleared an area on the side of the house that pretty much gets full sun, so I'm really hoping they grow!

Jalepenos and bell peppers that have been growin' for a while
Just planted spinach and tomatoes that are starting to sprout
I found the idea for using an empty egg container for planting seeds on Pinterest and it's working out great with the spinach and tomatoes. Good idea!

I am pretty sure we're being overzealous in the variety of seeds we bought because there's a good chance the garden will get out of hand. I'm so excited for summertime and fresh veggies growing outside our door!

  2. I know you weren't :) Haha

I don't think you have to plant inside, you could just wait til May when the danger of frost is gone and plant in your garden!!
